Construction

ALL styles incorporate luxurious eco-friendly foam and are manufactured without CFCs, using highly resilient 1.9 lb to 2.5 lb density. Choose from medium or firm seating on any style.
Frame Construction is manufactured from select air-dried Canadian maple or birch.
All Stress joints are double-doweled, glued, stapled & screwed rails for warp free stability.
All seating is sprung with 8 gauge No-Sag sinuous spring construction. Five springs per seat, plus a unique SLing Spring on all sofa/loveseats providing extra support on either end.
Seat and back springs are attached to the hard wood frame with poly-resin spring clips to prevent metal on metal squeaking, corrosion and premature wear.
Upholstered back cushions have unique channeled backs and are filled with siliconized fiber, preventing flattening or shifting. All toss cushions, inside backs and seat cushions are zippered.
Seat decks are fully covered with body fabric and padded demonstrating attention to detail.
